Audi is not relenting in its drive to entrench the electric car innovation in the automobile industry. At the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show, the German automaker unveiled two electric concepts. This is another step towards a major push for the electric car revolution.
The striking Aicon electric car raises some eyebrows. It is a 4-door, 2+2 electric concept with curved glass roof and angular edges running around the body. It rocks a unique and spectacular design to fit into the future.
Audi claims the Aicon is designed to reach a 435-mile range on a full charge. Four electric motors power the wheels giving off a massive 405 lb-ft of torque.

The Aicon also supports wireless charging, allowing for a faster charge time. Audi says the battery can be charged to 80% capacity in just 30 minutes.

The Aicon is also meant to showcase how interior design is subject to change with advents in autonomous driving. The seats can slide back and forth and even swivel. The rear seats have been transformed into a continuous, comfy bench - Business Insider.

Passengers can also control the car using voice command, according to Audi. With a curved panoramic glass roof, interior experience is a one-off experience for occupants.

A strip of LED encompass the entire rear light compartment with the Audi logo in full glow.

Hopefully in the next two years, the electric duo would be launched by Audi.
