The 2018 Lexus LS 500 debuts with top-of-the-class specifications and design language. It's a trend with Lexus to carefully design and manufacture luxurious models of vehicles ranging from sedans to SUVs.
In an unprecedented appearance, the new LS 500 happens to be one of the company's flagship vehicles alongside the LX 570. Call this a rival to the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and its likes.
The powertrain on this heavy sedan is quite a deal with a hybrid version which combines a 235-brake horsepower 3.5-litre V6 petrol engine and dual electric motors, giving a total output of 354-brake horsepower.
This power alone is enough to plunge the big cat from 0 to 62 mph in just 5.4 seconds. Note that there's a 4-wheel drive model also and the stated stats are for it. It has a top speed of 155mph.

Accordingly, there will be four trim levels with different options of 20-inch alloy wheels, triple-LED headlights, sat-navigation, 20-way power adjustment of the front seats, dual-zone climate control and a 12-speaker audio - media release. The above for the base entry-level model with rear-wheel drive only.
As you'd expect, luxury comes with the best offerings. So there are lots of legroom, headroom and a spacious cabin for ultimate expression of freedom.
As for pricing, the premier version of the 2018 Lexus LS 500h all-wheel drive hybrid is set at $130,560 and sales are expected to begin first quarter of 2018.
