Africa is on course to greater extents. The largest textile industrial chain would be constructed in the northern Kano region of Nigeria. This follows a memorandum of understanding signed by the Kano state government with Chinese firm Shandong Ruyi Technology Group.
Reportedly, about $600 million is to be injected into the project by the Chinese multinational. This would be a huge boost to the economy of the region, Nigeria and Africa's image.
The project would therefore send the unemployed out of the streets to engage in a productive workforce and work environment.
